Our story begins with Mary Stirn (Magurno), a first-generation Italian hair artist and salon owner whose passion and dedication laid the foundation for our family legacy. She built more than a salon—she built a tradition of artistry, care, and community.

The original salon, “The Hairdressers,” where Roberta’s journey began over 45 years ago.

That legacy was carried forward by Roberta Marcinikus, who began her journey at The Hairdressers—a small but spirited salon rooted in craftsmanship and community. Over time, her vision expanded beyond its walls, transforming not just the name, but the entire experience.

Early days inside the salon—where relationships were built, and a vision for something greater began to take shape.

Years later, that vision became Roberta Williams Salon—a reflection of growth, refinement, and a deep commitment to evolving with every generation of guests.

The evolution into a modern salon experience—where tradition meets elevated beauty and wellness.

Today, that evolution continues as Roberta Williams Terza Gen Salon & Spa, welcoming a new chapter alongside daughter Deanna.
